Our Policy

•  Happy Hounds Pet Services respects all personal information gained from customers, and ensures it is not shared with any other source.
•  Your keys are always kept with us and can either be duplicated for future visits or left on return from the dog walk.
•  An emergency number will always be carried on walks for any unforeseen circumstances which we hope will never arise.
•  Dogs are always walked on leads around any roads.
•  Dogs are only allowed off the leads in a secure place, and at the discretion of you, the owner.
•  Dogs are only given treats with consent from you, the owner.
• It is advised that all dogs are fully vaccinated, wormed and de-flead for their own protection as well as others met while out walking.
•  Customers are not used for references unless they have given permission to do so.
•  Happy Hounds Pet Services will ensure all doors are locked and secure before leaving your property.
